This is a place-holder1.

The introduction will approximate to the Thesis Outline. I may also need to include a brief general survey of the history of the debate on Personal Identity, but will need to be careful not to either beg too many questions, or waste too many words.

At the moment I also need this Note as a device to include General Surveys2 of Personal Identity in the Reading List.
